Default My account has been suspended, what do I do?

If your account has been suspended due to non-payment there are 3 options that can be taken.

You can submit payment and then let billing know that you have submitted payment by sending an email to billing@hivelocity.net

You can also open a ticket with support after making payment.

You will need to submit payment to get server turned back online.

If you do not contact billing and or make payment for server within 7 days, the server will be resold.
